Background: Treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is unsatisfactory in advanced stages. Oral mitotane remains a mainstay of treatment. Response rates of ACC to immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI) are disappointing and markers of response have not been identified.
